I met Christian Leerberg and Will Leeds from WaterTite when they stopped in to the church office to talk about potential roof damage from those recent storms. From the onset of our first meeting, I knew that Will and Christian were different than the other companies that had randomly stopped in and that I had subsequently sent on their way. The first thing that struck me was their complete professionalism and their sincerity in wanting to help. I decided to take a chance and move forward, and I can tell you that they did not disappoint at all through the process of evaluation, battling the insurance company and finally the replacement of four roofs on our church campus. They promptly responded to every phone call and text, answered all my questions in a way that I could understand, and walked beside me through the entire process that went on for 1-1/2 years from start to finish due to our struggles with the insurance company. I was 100% satisfied with WaterTite and with Christian and Will. In addition, two years later, they continue to respond to my random questions or texts efficiently and satisfactorily.
