Cole earned his psychology degree from Texas State University before embarking on more than 20 years of sales experience. He loved building relationships and networking in the sales industry. This networking eventually led him and his business partner, Mike Slaughter, to open WaterTight Roofing. The customer service for which WaterTight is known is reinforced each time Cole talks with a business owner who mentions they found the resources they needed in WaterTight, after looking elsewhere and being disappointed. When he isn’t working, Cole enjoys spending time with his kids, attending concerts, eating crawfish, watching Shark Tank, and hunting.
